Our famous old-fashioned Vanilla Ices can now travel to 10 Big Chill customer collection depots throughout New Zealand.
We can also potentially arrange delivery to commercial addresses with a freezer and guaranteed opening hours of 8am–5pm.

We'll provide a quote covering your treats and freight, and arrange the next steps with you.
Orders and delivery quotes are currently being handled by email. Once we have the full freight rates available, we'll introduce ordering and payment through our website to provide a more streamlined process.

Individual sundaes
Our takeaway individual sundaes come with a lid and a space left for your raspberry syrup and chocolate chips. Simply add your own fresh cream for the ultimate and classic Charlie experience - our most popular combination by far!
Due to potential spillage during the shipping process, we can't prefill the sundaes pottles - please see below for raspberry syrup options sold separately.
Family Tubs $22
Our 32oz (950ml) Family Tubs are packed full of Vanilla Ices, ready to soften and scoop into your own bowls. Ideal for sharing... or keeping your freezer stocked for your next Charlie craving.
Extra raspberry syrup and chocolate chips
Finish your Vanilla Ices with our famous signature raspberry syrup and chocolate chips.

Delivery to a commercial address

Is guaranteed to be open from 8am to 5pm to receive the delivery.
Please include the business name and full delivery address in your email so we can quote freight. Please note, commercial deliveries are solely at the decision of Big Chill whether they will accept the delivery.
What does shipping cost?
You pay the freight rate quoted by Big Chill. Ice Cream Charlie adds no extra freight charge.
The freight charge for your destination stays the same for orders weighing up to 20kg, so you can make the most of your delivery by stocking up or combining an order with family and friends.

Delivery to a home or private address
Unfortunately, due to the risks associated to someone not being home and product spoiling, direct deliveries to private home addresses are not available at this time.
Getting your Vanilla Ices ready to enjoy
Ice Cream Charlie is made in our own distinctive way, following the tradition of old-fashioned Vanilla Ices.
It freezes firmly in a home freezer, so please allow time for it to soften before serving.

Take out the sundae you’d like to enjoy.

Leave it at room temperature for approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on its size and the room temperature.

Once it reaches a soft, spoonable consistency, add your raspberry syrup, chocolate chips and fresh (runny) cream.
Family tubs may need longer to soften before scooping. It's fine to return your Vanilla Ices to the freezer once you've scooped what you want, and let it harden again for next time.
